Our Firm

Dimone LLC was formed in 2008 and represents the combined expertise of two partners: Debra A. Dimone and Lorraine A. Herr. Broad experience, developed over more than 35 years in practice, enables each partner to work with closely-held businesses, family-owned businesses and individuals to ensure the best financial management possible. Our firm delivers well-developed strategies for tax management and planning, careful preparation of tax returns, and a wide spectrum of management and consulting services for business owners, estates and trusts, and other organizations.

We are a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. Membership in these organizations is voluntary and requires a commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

Debra A. Dimone, CPA--Ms. Dimone brings over 35 years of tax experience as a Certified Public Accountant. She focuses on tax management strategies for individuals and small businesses. Among her areas of special emphasis are real estate and rental property transactions, and tax problems resolution. Ms. Dimone graduated Magna Cum Laude from Black Hills State University in South Dakota.

Lorraine A. Herr, LTP--Ms. Herr has over 35 years experience working with a variety of firms from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. An expert at formulating strategies that guide businesses to success, she focuses on innovative solutions for budgeting and cash flow, and the creation of wealth by asset management. Ms. Herr completed her BA at Concordia College in New York and is a Licensed Tax Preparer in the State of Oregon.
